I had high hopes for this trimmer having watched a few reviews. However the guards easily fall off when using it, and this is not noticeably better than when using my Phillips Oneblade - I still have to go over the same areas many times. Whilst the battery life is good, given the price I couldn't recommend this over the alternatives that are available - especially the the flimsy guards that are prone to coming off with use.

They should stay firmly in place during use, so I wonder if something is not quite right with what you received. Owned this trimmer for around 2-3 years now and issues started showing themselves right around the end of my warranty (cant say specifically). I've broken my 1mm-2mm blade guard by trying to get it to stay on the shaver head. The little nubs that hold it on, dont do a good job after some use. I think the plastic loses some of its tolerance and becomes a bit stretched. I've even had the guard fall off while cutting my beard (yes, it did mess up my beard atleast once). I'm currently looking at 3d printing my own beard guard because the ones sold alongside this trimmer are quite frankly garbage. It's an actual struggle to get them to stay on. The trimmer itself works great though.
It also costs 13$ CAD to replace the guard, then another 14$ to ship it..

This is not necessarily a review relating to the product as I have yet to use it (although many of the reviews say it is amazing). However, I would like to point out how incredible the service has been - I experienced some difficulties with the carrier who delivered the product (not Brios fault) and one of Brios support team, Noble, assisted me everystep of the way! Quality is unreal and cuts with ease...Also the body blade doesn't snip at Ur balls whilst shaving like every other machine

Very powerful trimmer. Ran through my beard like hot knife in butter, easy and smooth. My only regret? Not getting the Zero blade when they kindly offered to add it to the order (making it easier than doing a second small order, makes total sense). 10/10 would/will recommend.
It works wonders but mine broke after 3-4 months so i contacted them, and they sent me another one right away! Their team is awsome and they deserve so much more!!!
