Raze Shaver V2

This shaver is even better than the original. It works amazing and my head is not irritated after using it. Love it!

I’ve only used the product two times. Each time the product looked like it started at 98% and during the course of my shave, which was less than 10 minutes it depleted to 20%. I am not happy with the longevity of the battery.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Brio Raze 2.0!! It didn't hold a great charge... at first.. but after reading Brio's response to others having this issue, I kept using it and now has settled in. I can get at least 3-5 shaves before recharging.

I love how close this shaver shaves! I use it dry and it is almost as close as when I used a 4 blade razor! Almost!

I will not go back to shaving with a razor! I don't have any issues with razor burn or nicks and cuts.

I world definitely recommend this shaver to anyone thinking about it! Yes it's more expensive then the ones you would get at a big retailer, but ass the saying goes... you get what you pay for!!

When I got it I charged it and went to try it. The battery died so fast. I messaged customer service. They told me to charge it and run it untill dead at least 4 times. After that it should work. Due to over greasing. In my opinion when spending what you do for something like this it should work straight out of the box.

Really enjoy using the Brio, holds charge good, no irritation compared to previous electric razors I’ve used.

Battery is having trouble holding charge. Charged it fully. It displayed 100. Went to use it and it only had 7%. Had to recharge it again and it didn’t go above 93.

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service from Brio truly deserves recognition. Not only is the Raze Shaver a great product, but the after-sale service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced with any brand. Their team is incredibly responsive any time I had an issue, I simply sent them a photo and they immediately replaced the item at no cost, with no hassle, and even covered the shipping. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands behind their product and treats customers with care and respect. Highly recommend Brio—not just for the quality of their products, but for their outstanding support as well.

V2 is a much better package all around. The self cleaning option is a nice touch. Very pleased with this product!

This thing simply underperforms. It took more than half a dozen passes to get down to a uniform cut and seemed to really struggle with my not overly thick hair. Over the next day I found a number of little sprigs and patches it had failed to cut. I tried it both on my head and my face and it was significantly worse on my face. I would not recommended this product especially at this price point. Very disappointed.
