Worst ever owned!

I have screwed up my beard a handful of times and body hair now. The guard always comes off and ruins everything I worked hard for! Had a 6 month beard twice now and gashed it! This is a piece of crap! My regular clippers that I had for five years worked way better and just had a regular brand. It’s going on the trash asap!

Fantastic Trimmer

The V2 is a outstanding trimmer.

Feels great in the hand, very well built. All the length guards are well marked, sculpting my beard takes minutes, zero blade works great, I haven't bought a blade or shaving cream since I received this unit.

I will offset the cost of this unit just in yearly cost savings.

Buy this trimmer!!!

Best Beard and haircut trimmer I’ve ever used!!!

I have to say that Brio products are spot on….

The customer service is excellent and what I love the most is that the product works as it’s intended too.

The shipping was fast.

Not much else to say other than you should buy, if you are looking for a reliable product that provides an excellent end result.

Recharging not working. Support no help so far.

My first issue with the kit was that I received 5 length guards but the case only has storage for 4. While I appreciate the extra guard option, only storing 4 negates the point of the large case since it was sold as a way to have all the pieces together. If there was some trick to storing the fifth one, there was no information in the documentation or on the Brio website.

Following this, my trimmer does not appear to charge with the included cable. After using the trimmer the first time, I plugged it into both the charging stand and the cable directly but nothing happened. The documentation said I should see a "charging bubble" but it didn't say what that meant - no diagram or description of where I should see it. Looking online, none of the information was any clearer.

I finally noticed a USB-C port on the bottom of the trimmer. Plugging my personal cable in did manage to get it to charge.

I called the support line was left on hold for about 5 minutes before I was given the option to leave a message for a call-back. I left the message and as of now, 30 hours later, I have not heard anything from the company.

Hello, Tracey! Thanks for your review and sorry to hear about all of the trouble! The fifth guard size is just a brand new product - we included it in your package as a gift (that was meant to be a kind gesture but I'm sorry it seems to have had the opposite effect!) We will likely be coming out with a new Pro case to accommodate the brand new guard size, but for now, it can be stored in the side mesh pocket.

I'm sorry to hear your trimmer wouldn't charge with the included cable and that you couldn't get a hold of us! We pride ourselves on being very responsive, I wonder if perhaps the call was after hours (we're available on the phone until 6pm EST Monday - Thursday, and until 3pm EST on Fridays). Lovin it...!!!

I would have replied sooner, but I just used the Beardscape Pro V2 for the first time yesterday… and I gotta say that's quite an impressive piece of engineering… and I'm lovin it… kudos to you guys for designing and manufacturing a razor that works so well… it's an absolute joy to use… so I'd like to raise a glass and tip my hat to all the people who had a hand in this delightful creation… WELL DONE…!!!
