Easy to use, like all the extra attachments, the size of the blade is big enough. Also like the display information.

After using the Trimmer only 3 times so far I am extremely impressed with the Trimmer itself. It cuts beautifully and handles very well with zero pulling. It is, in my opinion, a very well built trimmer and certainly worth the money. That being said, I am disappointed in the beard trimmer length attachments. The attachments simply do not stay attached to the trimmer. While trimming my beard they literally fall off from being so loosely attached .....they look like they are just a fraction oversized and that makes for a poor trim. I am currently holding them in place with an elastic band and although that works well enough it is an inconvenience.

All in all I'm happy with the trimmer but not the attachments.

Packaging is similar to buying a flagship phone, solid box and so on. Quality of the trimmer is high end, display is nice and crisp.

Pros: build quality and the ability to effortlessly power through thick hair, trims close. People with thick beards can't go wrong with this unit or unlike me have a decent amount of hair on top of the head.

Cons: not really good for edging or defining beard compared to the Wahl model 9818L (but the Wahl has is significantly slower on thick hair because the teeth are finer). The Beardscape with the comb is difficult to use underneath the nose and ears.

I like how quiet every time I use this product, Cutting hair is much more easier to my clients, I will buy again in the future, it take 7 years after my last hair trimmer not working good because I accidentally dropped it 5 times, but I decided to buy a new one of this last November. 5 star for me... if their is 10 star, i will put 10 star!

I find it's a great hair trimmer overall. Worth the money, high enough rpm's so it doesn't pull on your hair. I didn't use the full body experience but for facial is great until now. Only two things not too happy is doesn't come in a bag to carry or store it in. The 2nd thing is the clip on, it's hard to align or attach the 1-2mm. It takes me time to attach it.

I ended up purchasing a Brio V2 after conducting a significant amount of online research. My search started with Manscape, primarily due to the overwhelming advertising, which boasts it is a "full body" trimmer. However, I quickly landed on Brio and am sure glad I did. It is both a beard trimmer and a full body trimmer. The quality of this razer is second to none. It is lightweight, yet still of rugged, sound build quality. It has ceramic knick-proof blades (much like the Manscape), a beautiful colour display, a sliding blade adjustment (which the Manscape does NOT have), and multiple add-on attachments. Best of all, the customer service has been second to none. I wrote to Brio to discuss a concern, and Sarah was quick to respond, and resolve the issue beyond my expectations. Well done Brio. Customer for life.

The trimmer feels very comfortable in my hand. Trims really well, both beard and hair. I do wish the clips felt more solid when clipped in, but other than that, this is a really well build tool

The trimmer itself is quite nice and well crafted. I don't understand why you would sell a trimmer that doesn't go to Zero, you have to spend an extra $30 to get the zero blade. I don't believe that it's advertised that it doesn't trim to zero out of the box.
