So Far So Good
The packaging was intended to give you the impression that you had purchased a quality product. In that respect, it was impressive. But I felt guilty throwing all that packaging away. The Brio has some weight to it, giving it a quality feel. It's almost twice the weight of my old trimmer. It's also much quieter. The combs work well, and I like the idea of dual sizes for each comb. You do have to be careful, as it's easy to install the wrong end and get a shorter comb than you planned. The combs don't seat as firmly as I'd like, but it hasn't caused me any difficulty. I'm not crazy about the placement of the power button. I keep hitting it with my thumb by accident as I'm trimming. I'm getting older, and I'd really appreciate a larger screen with larger numbers ansd symbols. I tried the nose hair trimmer only once so far. It is super quiet compared to my old trimmer and seems to run at a much lower rpm, but it worked just fine. So far, I'm happy with everything.

Brown guy with a tough beard!

All in one
Absolutely satisfied with my purchase. It is one of the products that can pretty much do anything you want it to. Ceramic blades cut super smooth. Zero gap blades are perfect for trimming neck and beard line. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent trimmer kit with a little space to grow
First off, the trimmer is EXCELLENT. It cuts consistently and cleanly, doesn't slow down with thick hair or get snagged, and is wide enough to tackle large areas. I loved most of the accessories too, the zero blade did exactly what it claimed, a super close trim, and the different comb heads snapped on easily, and paired with the trimmers minor length adjustments, offered a wide variety of options. I also liked the included nose hair trimmer, the size was excellent, and it works well, enough said. This is by far the best trimmer I've owned hands down. However, it's also by far the most expensive one I've bought, and there were a few details that stuck out to me that could use improvement.
- The comb heads were sharp, it seemed like the mold lines were on the end of the teeth, and snagged on soft skin. I sanded them slightly with a fine grit, and they're smooth now, but it was an unpleasant experience, and should easily be fixable.
- In this day and age, everything charging with USB-C feels like a must, and I'd love to see the next version have a USB-C port instead of the proprietary one it comes with.
- The tweezers that came in the kit were garbage. I couldn't pluck a single hair with them. Either include better ones, or don't include them, these ones are a waste of space and metal.
- Also, I ordered these through the Canadian store, so was a little surprised by a hefty import fee from Canada Post, something I expect when ordering items from US stores in US…
