Customer service helped me
FedEx lost my package and brio resent my order and even added an additional item that I had forgot to order. They were nice and emailed me back quickly.
Just FYI, the charging stand doesn't come with the charging cable and it's proprietary. I'm glad they added it to my order for free after the FedEx mistake!
