Ultimate Grooming Kit

I had grown out my beard since this past Christmas, I had what I thought was a pretty reasonable quality trimmer, we'll leave the other brand nameless. I wanted to upgrade so I did some research and the Beardscape V2 was highly recommended from many sources.

They were right and I'm very pleased. The Beardscape is fantastic, the quality is evident as soon as you open the box, the accessories are great too, the guards are well marked, the brush and oil was all there.

I also got the Zero blade, works great. I don't see the need to carry a blade on a regular basis anymore.

Previously I'd trim followed up with a blade, no longer. I paid more than I wanted but now I see the value, great cut, no need for blades and shave cream.

The packaging was intended to give you the impression that you had purchased a quality product. In that respect, it was impressive. But I felt guilty throwing all that packaging away. The Brio has some weight to it, giving it a quality feel. It's almost twice the weight of my old trimmer. It's also much quieter. The combs work well, and I like the idea of dual sizes for each comb. You do have to be careful, as it's easy to install the wrong end and get a shorter comb than you planned. The combs don't seat as firmly as I'd like, but it hasn't caused me any difficulty. I'm not crazy about the placement of the power button. I keep hitting it with my thumb by accident as I'm trimming. I'm getting older, and I'd really appreciate a larger screen with larger numbers ansd symbols. I tried the nose hair trimmer only once so far. It is super quiet compared to my old trimmer and seems to run at a much lower rpm, but it worked just fine. So far, I'm happy with everything.

After reading many review of trimmers I decided on the Brio. So far it has been a great product and worth the money. Very happy with my purchase.

Feel like I purchased the Rolls Royce of trimmers. I don’t think you can get a higher end product. The form and function are both fantastic. I have no regrets with this purchase.
