This thing has given me almost no problems. Not with the battery or the performance. The only real downside to this thing is the way the guards attach is a little flimsy. There was a time when the guard came off on me but with proper technique you can sort of avoid this from happening for the most part. The guard combs could maybe be a little thicker and rounded out so they're not as jagged, but it's not causing major discomfort or anything. See if you can improve the guards. I've had this for a couple years now and it still holds charge fine and it came with a big travel case and a zero blade. I'm not sure if I ordered some kind of special bundle or ordered all this stuff separately, but mine came with those 2 things and a charging stand. You don't see that stuff in the photos and now I'm wondering if I ordered it all separate.
It works good on your crotch with the ceramic blade just dial the blade spacing back a bit.
Works fine on body hair mine is thick and there's lots of it, no issues.
Zero blade gives you a close enough head shave where you can be lazy and sort of skip the razor.
The biggest downside to this trimmer is using the guards for beard trimming. However the included guards still function and you may not even have many issues with it really.
Whenever this thing just stops working it would be cool to see an even newer version that's even better.

Have been using this trimmer for 4 months and have been completely satisfied. I did have an issue with an inaccurate charging percentage and Brio promptly replaced the trimmer hassle free.

Finally decided to buy the Zero Blade and I realized it's been over an year since I got this beautiful piece of technology. This one does not disappoint gents! It never tires too, seriously I forget when I last had to charge mine as it lasts for so many shaves! It never pulls hairs and just decimates at any density. The only downside is that I have to put it down when I'm finished as it feels wonderful in your hand, its sturdiness and aesthetic even never get old. I recommend it to any guy I know when we start sharing our hair reduction strategies. A must, a 6 out of 5 star product, an epic story for your shaving journey!
I've had my Brio about 18 months and it now fails to hold the batteries charge overnight !
I'll be looking for an alternative brand.

Did I really need to buy another brio? No, but still found myself like so many others when the right offer appears.
I bought my V1 before the zero blade was on the market.
Yes yes the battery lasts long time until it doesn't. Like so much confidence, that in the middle of a beard trim or scraping it across my scalp then boop its dead fianlly get to charge it. Im not wanting get a second one. If you can't be responsible enough to keep ones halfway charged, you're above my pay grade.
