Great and on time.
Great Razor but guards keep breaking. My 1-2 inch guard snapped in half so I started to use the 2-3 guard as company has no 1-2 guards in stock. Now my 2-3 inch guard snapped in half. The razor is kinda useless with ou the guards that you need that are not available.
Hello, MD! Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the broken guards! We cover broken guards under the two year warranty and I'd be happy to send over any needed replacements. I'll be reaching out to you directly to coordinate replacement guards and to offer some tips about how to attach and remove the guards in order to avoid having them break on you. We are always happy to help at Support@BrioPG.com.
great trimmer but with normal use my 1-2 mm guard broke in half, wish they had metal guards or more replacements (1-2 mm guard seems to be out of stock atm)
I have had to purchase 2 - 9-12mm guards because they keep breaking in half. love the trimmer but the guards don't last long.
I'm so sorry to hear that your guards broke on you! These are covered under warranty, I'm going to reach out to see what we can do to get you another guard.
Have been using the brand for a while now. Just ordered me some replacement blades and an extra attachment for the trimmer. This attachment came unable to be used due to the sharp finish in the edges of the plastic itself. I ended up tossing it after trying to salvage it without any luck.
Hello, Erick! Thanks so much for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the sharp edges on your length guard! That sounds like a defective unit, which we cover under the two year warranty. I'll be reaching out to you directly to coordinate sending over a replacement guard! We are always here to help at Support@BrioPG.com.
While the Beardscape razor is great on its own, the attachment blades which are plastic will degrade over time and no longer attach securely. After about one year the plastic nubs that hold the blade wear down and will detach from the razor while shaving. Eventually after detaching and hitting the floor repeated times the plastic will crack and break. As I stated, the razor is a fantastic product, but you will have to repeatedly re-invest in purchasing new blades over the lifetime of the razor due to wear and tear of attaching and re-attaching for different blade lengths.
Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble with the guards - they should last longer than that. I will send a refund for this order as we would cover these under warranty. Thanks for reaching out!
It's a decent design, but too thin or brittle. My first guard broke, so I had to reorder it.
Thanks for reaching out. I'm so sorry your guard broke on you! Guards are covered by the two year warranty of your trimmer. I'm going to reach out via email regarding warranty information to get this sorted for you.
I some how lost the guard set that came with my shaver. so I ordered a replacement double sided guard with different lengths that allow getting close to the nose without getting jabbed deep inside to provide a neat and clean shave for more than one length on one guard.
the only thing i wish you made them more durable one little drop and they break.
Hello, Keith! Thanks so much for the kind review. If you ever accidentally break one of your guards, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Support@Brio4Life.com. We cover broken guards under the two year warranty!
This is my 3rd or 4th or these. They aren’t designed well and break. At least they aren’t too expensive.
Hello, Joshua! Thanks for the review. I'm sorry to hear about the broken guards! We cover broken guards under the two year warranty. I'll be reaching out to you directly to discuss refunding your recent guard purchase. I'll also be providing you with a link to a video on our maintenance page (https://www.brio4life.com/pages/maintenance) that shows the most efficient way to remove and replace the guards. I'm hoping there will be a little nugget of wisdom in there that might prevent future guards from breaking.
