Beardscape Length Guards

Very nice and well built machines but I just wish the guards were built a little bit better. I've had to replace my 3-6 guard once already and the one I just purchased and got in a few weeks ago just broke like last week just by me clipping it on and off the machines head how it's supposed to be done. I use this guard the most but it shouldn't have broken on me twice already in the time I had each of them by simply removing and attaching the guard.

Almost perfect perfect product, though I still give the brand 5 stars and would give more if I could as I use everything brio! From their tweezers (which are the best I've ever used n will probably ever have to buy!, I've had them about 4 years now and they're STILL working as they did when I opened them!) their nose trimmers work just as good though I don't need to use them as often as my trimmers or my tweezers.

Over all, good brand-good quality products for the most part.

Brio's a go to for any sophisticated man.

I was really amazed with the service I received from Brio in getting my Guard replaced. I was so surprised when the teeth broke off of the guard .it must have hit just right. a replacement was sent right away with no hassle. I really do appreciate Brio's excellent customer service. You guys made me feel like a VIP . keep up the great work!

I unfortunately lost one of the guards for my trimmer, but I was able to order it and get it quickly.

This was an out of warranty replacement for a guard that broke. I reached out to customer service as I didn’t see an option to purchase a new one and they promptly sent a replacement out free of charge. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. Thanks Brio!

I had to replace this length guard after minimal use because it split in half while putting it on the trimmer. I use this guard maybe once or twice a month, and yes although there is a learning curve when it comes to putting these guards on, I'm well past that. This wasn't the cheapest trimmer on the market by a long shot, so I was disappointed with the performance. Am I to expect that all the guards will break, and will need replacement, because I notice that they are readily available on your website, even as a complete set, and quite pricey given the quality. With other brands the guards typically outlive the trimmer.

Brio rep was nice enough to send me a new guard free if charge to replace my 9-12mm guard. Great customer service. Much appreciated

My kit I use for trimming and cutting had this one that i use all the time. well from use it broke. Thankfully this one is the replacement and did not need to buy a new kit because of one thing breaking. Love BRIO!!!

Had a problem with a guard 9 x 12 mm called Customer Service spoke with Sarah took care of my problem professionally and courteously. Honestly a great experience and shipping was fast and it was under warranty. Got it within three days in New Jersey thank you Brio thank you Sarah accompany that stands behind their product Always a Brio customer.

Finally I'm back with all the guards that I need ;-)
