Shipping was right on time. Usually the battery on my trimmer last more than 30 days, now I have to lug a cord around if I will be traveling for more than 2 weeks.

Brio to the rescue
Was on a spring-break trip and my Son forgot his charging cable (and forgot to charge his trimmer)and god forbid he use his dad's...Brio to the rescue! We had a spare charging cable delivered next day....great product; great customer service.

Got a brio manscape,when they first came out,really impressed with the qaulity of it.had it for awhilecwell long story short it quit charging,major bummer,so contacted support,they were kind enough to send a new charging cable low and behold it came back to life 😳,cant believe it,but very satisfied, these shavers are oustanding...
