The Brio Beardscape guards work well when they are new. It’s convenient to have two sizes in one. After a while, the little nibs that hold them in place wear down and the guides get loose.

The guards are really well made, they don't give a flimsy feel like a lot of other brands and it feels more on paar with actual hair trimmers, not just a beard trimmer. Had a couple issues after moving and spoke with their support to get replacements, it was shipped to me amid some issues with myself forgetting to attach an apartment number (like a buffoon) and the guards being sent back to them. Then them sending it back again to the correct address. Honestly best support I have had from a company ever, most of the time there's 50 questions making it seem like I'm the bad guy and they just took care of me. 10/10 recommend for quality and customer service

I love the guards..there's a gap between the 3 and 6 mm. And the 4/5 mmm guards seem to fit the gap nicely. I know if I use the micro adjustment I can get close to those. But I just like having 1 thru 6 mmm guards and leave the adjuster at the top.I hope you never stop making it..And imho I think it be great to sell new trimmers with them already.

The Beardscape guard that I regularly use broke in half (my fault). Called customer service and they shipped me a new one that same day at no charge! I’ve had my Beardscape for 27 months and love it. But love their customer service even more. Great product AND a great company!

The guard was replaced after I broke it installing it. I reordered another one and the team at Brio saw my error and replaced it for free and shipped it to me quickly. They saw I charged the purchase and cancelled the charge and were as professional and honest as companies should be. Noble supported the process and communicated with me on how to proceed and prevent recurrent problems with guard changes. Best company and most positive personal experience I have seen in years.
