I love this trimmer and specifically the 0 blade. It feels premium in your hand and can cut hair and facial hair. My only issue with it is that it does not come with a precision trimmer piece for moustache and other tighter spots. If it did, I would have given it 5 stars.

Nice neat kit but the blade swap out is difficult and adding the guards isn't easy you have to make sure you have the guide on correctly and secure and then select your desired trim length. The step by step guide/note card is something you will not want to lose. Overall not a product for me and I will be sticking with my $20 norelco.

I can’t believe the build quality of this, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic, it’s the best trimmer I have used and I will be sticking with Brio from here on out!! Very happy with this purchase.
Best trimmer I’ve used in a long time
This is a very good, well built product. It is powerful but also heavy and not very nimble. The guide combs are not very user friendly (surprisingly hard to install and swap) and not great for trimming a short beard or thick stubble. The zero clearance head is good, but I find its use limited, amplified by the fact that it is not easy to swap. It is not difficult, don’t get me wrong, but not something you want to do every shave. Just one of those unpleasant things to do that you just end up not doing. I am not using it anymore. The BRIO does not offer any convenience accessories such as precision trimmers, foil shaver, nose shaver, etc… again great heavy duty trimmer, as powerful as a clipper looks like, maybe good for hair or long beard care, but overly big and heavy for shorter beard care, and not great for stubble. It is not travel friendly. The travel case it came in (the larger version of the 2) is a joke: it is gigantic but has lots of wasted space, I cannot put my toothbrush and other gizmos in there. It is so big, maybe they should have put wheels and a telescopic handle to carry around at the airport! I like this Brio, will keep it, but I am also keeping my older trimmer for travel and fine tasks. I really was expecting to get rid of it!

I promise swapping the blades becomes very easy once you've done it a few times! Make sure the micro-adjuster is set to 1.9mm, tuck the black tab behind the lip of your trimmer, press forward to snap the blade assembly into place.
I'm also sorry to hear that the Pro case is a bit big for your preference! Most customers use the Pro case as a bathroom organizer. Everything was good except for the largest guard. For some reason it doesn't clip on properly and wiggles up/down (yes I followed the video on how to put them on). I thought they might have been ok still... And I was wrong. Clip fell off while trimming the top of my head and took a huge chunk of hair out.

I love the kit. Great quality case, and awesome trimmer. Absolutely worth the money, and the money it will be saving in the long term from having to buy shaving cream constantly pretty high. Well worth the investment.
