Replacement blade
This is my 2nd beardscape. When the new one arrived the normal blade wasn't seated and came apart. Brio sent this out right away. Customer for life!

Blade Assembly Replacement
I love my Brio trimmer. It's the best on the market. Recently I broke my blade assembly and ordered a new one. It doesn't cut as close as the original one that came with the trimmer. Still a good blade assembly just wish it was as good as the original one that came with the trimmer.

This trimmer is self torture to use.
This is my second blade and it’s still pulling every single beard hair it attempts to cut. Was refused a refund and instead sent an entire new set of guards and blade assembly that made no difference. Easily the worst trimmer I’ve ever used.
