This trimmer is self torture to use.

This is my second blade and it’s still pulling every single beard hair it attempts to cut. Was refused a refund and instead sent an entire new set of guards and blade assembly that made no difference. Easily the worst trimmer I’ve ever used.

Replacement Blade

Needed a new blade after the old one literally fell apart. I had waited a bit long but still finally broke down and got one. My 1mm attachment was damaged and Brio was kind enough to send me a new one free of charge even though my warranty was up!! Great company looking out for their customers!!! Definitely suggest everyone should go Brio!!

Love the trimmer and new blade

I've owned the trimmer for approximately 5 years now and I felt it was finally time to replace the blade. I've been very happy with performance of the trimmer for cutting my hair, beard and body hair and the new blade works as well as the old one whe it was new. Love this product.

it worked

replacement assembly worked, I feel like the old one only broke because of bad design or a defect with my brio. there is alot of tension inside the assembly and only thing holding it is 2 plastic hinges. Other than this issue I am happy with the device.

only 3 star because of the overall experience. happy to have it working again!
