Brio replaced my blade for free and shipped it out very quickly. I would've looked really rough if they didn't send me a blade and probably would've had to just take off my beard. I will forever be a customer after this excellent customer service.
I have always been impressed by the performance and build quality of Brio products. After a years hard use I was cleaning my shaver head and the spring inside 'let go'. I emailed brio wondering if they had any tips on how I might fix the issue. They did far better. They offered to replace the head and did just that as well as shipped it for free. Kind curtious and well mannered. An excellent customer service response. Brio rocks! - thank you!

I broke my original blade (my fault) and when I left a review on the site for 4 stars with breaking the blade not being super hard they sent me a new one without even asked. It has been years since I have had a positive experience with support or RMA's and this is just outstanding
It’s not bad. But the Philips One Blade does a better job.
Hello, Shayan! Thanks for the Zero Blade review. I'm sorry to hear if there's any disappointment here! The Zero Blade should be trimming at 0.2mm, which is about the height of two pieces of paper stacked on top of each other.
