Just got the Brio Beardscape V2, and it's a solid choice. The design is top-notch, and the charging stand is handy. Battery life is impressive, but the RPM control seems more about saving juice than anything else. I dont know why anyone would keep the setting at anything beside max RPM unless they are very low on charge… Which would be a rare case.
Love the double-sided attachments – fewer pieces to keep track of. The screen showing adjustments in mm is a cool touch, and it's comfy to hold.
Downsides? Guard teeth are very pointy and sharp. I will have to sand the edges so i don’t get stabbed every time I approach at the wrong angle. Also getting used to the attachment mechanism of the guards took some time. The default 1mm setting on the clipper was not ideal because there is no way to get a sharp line by default. An includes zero guard would've been sweet.
Despite these quirks, it's a premium tool that gets the job done. Could use a better guard storage solution, but I'm happy overall.
