Avoid this model (v2). When it works, it is a fine trimmer. My first unit died after 8 months, battery wouldn't charge. They replaced it. Second unit got me another few months, died exactly the same way, They replaced it again, got me another few month. Then the 3rd died exactly the same way and they refused any further remediation. They refuse to admit they are selling a faulty product. In contrast, I have a v1 trimmer that I have had even longer and it still works perfectly.

I've been using the Beardscape Beard V2 for a while now and overall I'm very happy with it. It's powerful, holds a charge well, and trims precisely even in hard-to-reach areas. The build quality is noticeable right away, and it definitely justifies its price.

But after reaching out to Brio support, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they responded: they replaced the device without any hassle or delay. That level of service is rare these days, so major respect to the support team.
