I bought the Brio beard trimmer a little while back and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately two of the trimmer guards fell and broke. I emailed Brio and they immediately sent out replacements and covered the fee and shipping. So far so good and I have been very pleased with their product and customer service.
Brio products are awesome except for the length guards. They can break with normal use. I have gone through two 4-5 mm guards in a year and have had to reorder them. At least shipping is fast!

I've been using Brio trimmers for years and never had a guard break. Maybe handle the trimmers with care?
They work great. One thing I did learn is that I need to dismount the after use to help them to stay tight when mounted. Another fastening system would certainly help. I love my Brio and use it weekly to keep my hair trimmed.
The machine is great. Got an upgraded blade for it n recommendation. These length guards are super fiddly to try and get attached on the machine. Its only got these two little pegs on the sides that I just cant seem to ever hit consistently and the plastic is super brittle. I broke the 9-12mm guard and bought a replacement that I just leave on the trimmer. Look down and my 3-6mm is sitting on the counter split in half. Somehow it split and broke apart after I put it down. These combs are a bad plastic and the connection mechanism is really really tricky. Which makes the entire system hard to recommend. And having to buy a magnetic blade system as an additional cost is a frustrating solution for a trimmer of this cost bracket

Brio trimmer stoped working . It wouldn’t change anymore . Really disappointed. Do u have any warranty on it ? Or can u do replacement ? Guards would be useless without brio trimmer !

the old one cracked pretty easily but service was great for the new one
Seems like the 1-2 mm breaks too easy when trying to put on ( my third one) the other mms’seems fine .

The guard broke off the clipper while it was sitting on the charger. The factory where these are made has no annealing process control. They are just turning out useless material.
