Awesome customer service!
I purchased a V1 Beardscape back in 2022 and I've been super happy with it. I have recently noticed that I didn't have the charging dock, and reached out to Brio support. Even though my warranty was expired half a year ago, they were kind enough to send me a brand new charging dock, plus an oil bottle.
