Nose & Ear Trimmer

What stands out is how easy and safe it is to use. The trimming is smooth, and you don’t have to worry about nicks or cuts, which is always a big plus for sensitive areas. It’s a solid, reliable addition to any grooming kit.

The only thing I wish it had is USB-C charging. In a world where everything is moving toward USB-C, it would make charging a lot more convenient, especially for travel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that would take it to the next level.

This will be the last trimmer I ever buy, like the beard trimmer it is of the highest quality!

For the first time, a trimmer that actually exceeds my expectations

The first one I got broke after a single use(the first day I got it) but the Brio support team were quick and happy to replace it. Since then I've had zero issues and the trimmer keeps things clean and tidy.

I had my trimmer for well past the 2 year warranty when I dropped it and broke the blade head housing. When I reached out to see if I could buy a replacement head, I was told I could but they were worried the redesigned blade heads wouldn't fit my old trimmer. With my warranty out and my trimmer broke, I figured I was SOL. Instead, without even asking, customer service sent me a brand new unit free of charge. This is a great product, in fact, all of my brio products are, but I'll stick around for years for service like this.

But I got rechargeable batteries

I bought this in January, and it stopped working in March. I do not use it often (I am not what one would call "hairy"), so I am thoroughly disappointed.

Been working well until it no longer would.
