Beardscape Length Guards

I keep a shorter beard and after 5+ years needed a new 3mm/6mm attachment. Folks at Brio shipped this replacement attachment to me in Canada within a week.

I have not had any issues with the Brio trimmer itself over the 5+ years. I would definitely recommend Brio if you are shopping for a beard/personal trimmer.

I love the Beardscape V1 but unfortunately this will be the second replacement I am buying after breakage while stored inside their own case! I’m not super happy about their quality but after buying a pricey trimmer I have no choice but to replace the guard.

The guards I originally purchased were flawed because they got messed up within 2 weeks, Brio however was prompt ans kind enough to send me another replacement free of charge without hassle. That is customer service you cant go wrong with.

Kind of tight fitting, worried it might break like the other one did. Hopefully, it will last.

I use the trimmer once or twice a week. I'm careful with attachments and storage, but any slight movement or attaching and reattaching can easily break the guide. Accidentally dropping the guide less than a foot will break it as well.

I love this trimmer and have recommended to others often, but the guides need to be improved. I have now purchased at leas half a dozen replacements which have all failed. This is frustrating and expensive. Design needs to be improved.

Guards are great just not durable. I have broken 2 in a year. One. I broke installing and the second when I dropped on the floor. They should be made of a better plastic or perhaps metal.

The addition of the 4-5 mm guard, which was not sold with my original product, is helpful. Thank you.

Items shipped quickly and was received in perfect new condition. This is the perfect guard size for me. All of the Brio products I use are top notch! Highly recommend and will buy future products without hesitation.
